May Events

An Open University Information evening will be held in Sligo Central Library, Stephen Street, Sligo on Tuesday 10th May at 5pm. This Seminar will run for 2 hours between 5pm and 7pm.

The Open University, open to people, places, methods and ideas, provides high-quality university education to all.

For employers and individual students, whatever your learning and training needs, staff are available to provide information and advice to guide you onto the right course.

Once you start studying we will support you or your employees through to successful completion and achievement of the appropriate qualification.

In Ireland our dedicated staff will help you make that choice.

The Open University in Ireland has 55 staff in the Belfast National Centre, 6 in the Dublin Enquiry and Advice Centre and 348 part-time tutors supporting over 7,500 local students.

We provide flexible support, tailored to the needs of the individual student and their area of study.
